As a result the quality of service many of these companies provide is also declining; however, although my rates were incredibly reasonable and competitive with ULG, the services they delivered did not suffer as a result.

Great experience! From the beginning, I was given example photographs of what the transport vehicle would look like. I was able to even request wider vehicles if available. Entire process was very smooth, and I was able to keep track of the progress/position of the truck from its origin to its destination. Very friendly staff. BEST service ever!!! When another high rated company fell through with no idea when our cars would ship, ULG LLC came through that day and got our cars scheduled. They were very good with communication. And very easy to work with. And, our cars safe made it across the country. We are so thankful for such excellent customer service!!!
