How is Cost Calculated?
The cost is calculated by size, weight of the Vehicle. The distance it needs to be shipped, and the current market.

Open air hauling trailers are the most common method used to ship a vehicle. It is a very safe option as it is even used by dealerships transporting new vehicles. If you have a special vehicle and would like to take the extra precautions, enclosed trailers offer protection from the elements and any other external factors. Enclosed trailers are recommended for vehicles $75,000 and up.

Not necessarily, we can pick up or deliver the car without anyone present. We just needs the keys to be left in a secure location that we can access, neighbors work great. With the technology that we use, you can review the inspection remotely and sign for it anywhere from your phone. We also offer video inspection on pick up and delivery upon request.
Can a vehicle be picked up and/or delivered to any address?
If the local law allows access then 99% of the times yes. There are select location that our trucks can’t get to due to their size. In any case we will find a large parking lot, or street where you can release the car at or take delivery if we cannot access your neighborhood. We will even reimburse your Uber/Lyft to or from the meeting location!
How to I prepare my car for shipment?
The car must be clean on the exterior, and the interior seats should be clear of debris. A clean car will allow for a better inspection at pick up. We require that the car be between 1/8 tank-1/2 tank, as the weight is a sensitive issue.

What is a Bill of Lading?
Bill of lading is a description of your order. It will contain the pick up and delivery information and contact information, your vehicle’s inspection, and the pick up/delivery signature and time. This is the paper that gets signed at pick up and delivery, which is all done electronically from either our phone, or your own.

Shipping times varies based on distance, and the order it was picked up in. There’s also factors that are not controlled by us that can effect the delivery time. As an example a car that is shipped from Seattle to Chicago typically takes 5-7 days from pick up. We will give you our best estimate when we receive your information.
What if my vehicle is not running?
All of our trucks are equipped with winches that can do the heavy lifting! For select cases we would use a flatbed tow truck to get it up on the truck if the car is in no condition to be winched on.

Yes it is, once you sign the bill of lading on pick up, all liability is taken on by our insurance.
